What is a specific skill visa?

特定技能ビザは日本で最長５年間働けるビザです。正社員、フルタイムで働けます。
A special skill visa is a visa that allows you to work in Japan for up to 5 years. You can work full time.

②特定技能1号と2号の違いは？
What is the difference between Specific Skills No. 1 and No. 2?

特定技能ビザは１号と２号があります。
There are No. 1 and No. 2 specific skill visas.

特定技能1号　Specific Skills No. 1

働ける仕事の種類が決まっています。
The types of work are limited.
在留期間：最長で5年間

Period of stay: up to 5 years
家族の滞在：家族を連れてくることはできません。

Family Stay: You cannot bring your family.

特定技能2号　Specific Skills No. 2

働ける仕事の種類が決まっています。特定技能2号を取るためには、特定技能1号で5年間働く必要があります。
The types of work are limited. In order to take Specific Skill No. 2, you need to work for Specific Skill No. 1 for 5 years.
在留期間：無期限
Period of stay: indefinite
家族の滞在：家族を連れて来れます。（配偶者と子ども）
Family stay: You can bring your family. (Spouse and children)

③特定技能ビザに必要な資格（しかく）
Qualifications required for a specific skill visa

JLPT N4以上の合格と特定技能試験（とくていぎのうしけん）の合格が必要です。
It is necessary to pass the 「JLPT Test」 and「Specific Skills Work Test（SSW）」.
特定技能試験（とくていぎのうしけん）は仕事の種類によって試験がちがいます。
The specific proficiency test differs depending on the type of work.
※JLPTのかわりに、JFTの合格でも大丈夫です。
* Instead of JLPT, it is possible to pass JFT.

④特定技能ビザが終わったあと
After the specific skill visa is over

特定技能ビザが終わったあとは別の仕事を見つければ、別のビザに変更ができます。
After completing a specific skill visa, you can change to another visa if you find another job.
途中で帰国することもできます。
You can also return to your country on the way.
